HGH ORAL SPRAY INSTRUCTIONS

Shake bottle well before using. Start by using your spray three times a day - 5 sprays under your tongue for the first 7 days. Allow the bot­tom of your tongue to rest on the liquid for minimum of 30 seconds to 45 seconds and then swallow. Then continue using your spray three times a day - 3 sprays under your tongue for 6 days and continue doing 6 days per week.

Do not eat, drink or brush your teeth for about 15 minutes either side of taking it.
